Profile
"Just a regular guy with a humongous passion for cricket." That is how young talent Dominic Hendricks describes himself on his Twitter page. A left-handed opener, Hendricks has represented his state, Gauteng, in one-day matches with a top score of 51 on debut in November 2009, and also impressed in the tri-nation series with a sparkling 66 against Sri Lanka. Earmarked as one to watch out for in South African, he was included in the squad for the Under-World Cup in 2010 and he ended the tournament as the leading run-scorer, with 391 runs at 97.95.
